PackagingSuppliers.co.za is a free quote service for packaging supplies in South Africa. Whether you pack parcels for an online shop, run a takeaway, fill a container with export cartons or need boxes to move house, one request reaches the packaging suppliers near you.
How it works
Fill in the waybill at the bottom of the page: what you need, how many, the size and where to deliver. Type in a length, width and height and the form draws the carton and works out its volume, courier volumetric weight and board area, with a rough price for the quantity. You can add an order list with quantities. We send the request to packaging suppliers, wholesalers and manufacturers who deliver to your area, and they quote you directly. You compare and decide. It costs you nothing.
Everything we take requests for
From a bundle of moving boxes for a flat in Rondebosch to a monthly supply of printed mailer boxes for an online shop, pallet wrap for a warehouse in Isando, takeaway containers for a restaurant in Durban or glass jars for a jam maker in the Karoo.

Getting packaging quotes you can compare
Two quotes for "500 boxes" can be far apart. Make sure each supplier quotes the same inside size, the same board grade (single or double wall, and the flute), the same printing and the same quantity, and ask whether the price is per box, per bundle or per pallet. Check the delivery charge and minimum order value, the lead time after artwork approval, and any once-off plate or tooling costs. For food, cosmetics and medicines, ask for proof that the material is suitable for contact with your product. Order a sample before a large run, and plan for load shedding and month-end courier rushes by keeping a few weeks of stock.
